With over 1.2 million unique patients, Aurora Health Care is already one of the biggest names in Wisconsin health care. What they needed was help pushing their Urgent Care line of service while continuing to position Aurora as a top mind in the industry. MKR realized that the audience was unsure of the key differences between Aurora’s two hub locations, East and West. We focused on explaining these differences and showcasing competitive offerings to increase Aurora’s brand relevance and action during those acute health care moments.
To promote the differences between the East and West Aurora hubs, MKR utilized outdoor media including bulletins, posters, and gas pump toppers.
MKR leveraged local broadcast sponsorships to create cross-promotional opportunities with other service lines besides Urgent Care.
We utilized programmatic displays, PPC, and endemic sites like WebMD to capture potential Urgent Care customers in the moments they were seeking an immediate solution.
